Machining

Our in house machining facility includes the following machines:

• 3,4 Vertical Machining Centres with a working envelope up to 1 meter cubed
• Full 5 axis Vertical machining centres with a working envelope of 3 meters x 2 meters x 1.5 meters capable of machining exotic alloys ie. Inconnel, Titanium, Jet Heat etc.
• CNC turning with ‘C’ and ‘Y’ axis driven tools and a working envelope up to 300mm diameter.
• Large CNC turning (horizontal & vertical) of hard materials up to 740 mm diameter.

Inspection

CMM machines up to 6m by 2m by 2m.

Platinum grade Faro arm for close tolerance inspection of large round & irregular objects.
